A reinvented and customizable process
Each process is defined by a number of essential steps and is managed by the company in
order to maintain its identity and quality. At Spraystone, our processes have been simplified
and can be customized to meet the objective and result we want to achieve.

Preparation of the support
This is a very important step in which we ensure that the support is safe and capable of receiving the Spraystone coating.

Projection
Spraystone coating is applied mechanically to the prepared support.

Shaping of the stones
This step consists in creating each stone one by one. Each stone is shaped by hand to make it
unique.

Pigmentation
This very important step allows our process to give realism to the stone. The pigment
crystallizes in the coating to become an integral part of it.

Cutting the stones
This step consists of ironing around each stone to mark the joints. In this way, the color of
the coating comes out on the joints and the stones remain colored.

Protection
Step which consists in fixing the result achieved and protecting it for many years.
